Inspection Services

Expert’s Edge technicians apply their many years of experience and expertise to complete interior and/or exterior bleacher inspections.  Expert’s Edge believes proper maintenance can, and does, extend the longevity  and  overall functionality of bleacher units.  We offer an inspection package that includes service and lubrication of all moving parts, as well as replacing nominal hardware as needed.

Expert’s Edge provides a prepared report of findings, along with suggested recommendations to remedy existing  problems, including compliance issues, as well as actions required to improve ease of operation for staff, ensuring time saving measures & money saving benefits.

Expert's Edge refers to ICC 300-2007              "Standard for Bleachers, Folding & Telescopic Seating, and Grandstands",  as accepted by the Iowa State Fire Marshal & the Iowa State Building Code Commissioner, to determine                  code-compliancy.  Sections 105.1 & 105.2 indicate the need for an inspection at the completion of any new installation, as well as annually thereafter.

Expert's Edge provides the experience, expertise, and code awareness that assures code-compliancy, removing the burden from the bleacher owner.

Expert's Edge submits two spiral bound copies of the report to the District, along with a verification of inspection signed by the bleacher owner & EELLC.   Digital copies are also available.
